The Avenues is the most visited shopping and entertainment destination in Kuwait and one of the world’s largest malls.
Mabanee’s most outstanding project to date is The Avenues. The first phase of The Avenues was lunched by His Highness, the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al Sabah in April 2007, followed by second phase in 2008. The third phase of The Avenues was inaugurated at the end of 2012.
Based on the immense success of The Avenues, Mabanee is working on the execution of several similar projects across the region in partnership with strategic companies including The Avenues Bahrain, The Avenues Khobar, and The Avenues Riyadh. This is in addition to Phase IV, the final phase of The Avenues in Kuwait.
